Week 12:Project-1-Meshing of Door Inner Panel Challenge
Aim: To extract a mid surface and mesh the given component.
Target Element Length = 4 Units
| S.N | Quality Criteria | Value |
| 1 | Aspect Ratio | 5 |
| 2 | Skewness | 45 |
| 3 | Warping | 15 |
| 4 | Taper | 0.5 |
| 5 | Min. Length | 2 Units |
| 6 | Max. Length | 6 Units |
| 7 | Min angle Quad | 45 |
| 8 | Max angle Quad | 135 |
| 9 | Min angle Tria | 20 |
| 10 | Max angle Tria | 120 |
| 10 | Tria % | 10 |
Given model:

Procedure:
1. To geometrically clean the model for any error on it.
2. To extract manual mid-surface of the component.
3. To clean and defeature the Midsurface so as to avoid any minimum length errors while
meshing.
4. To mesh the midsurface while trying to minimize the number of trias and its concentration.
5. Clear all elements that are failing any Quality criteria that was set.
6. To assign thickness to the mesh according the component.
7.checking for free edges.
