Week 12- Final project

TOOLING AXIS

• Created the tooling axis for each of the parts by bisecting methodes 
• Performed draft analysis on that and it shows all good

CREATION OF 3D PART 

• Arranged the parts seperately in seperate folder
• Then arranged the master sections and A clss in special geometric set for each parts 
• Created the class B and C 
• Joined the class C with A 
• Then thickened each parts seperately 
• After thickening created the Dog houses for placing push pins 
• Push pins assembled on dog house in assembly workbench 
• Created flanges for each of the parts and then created the heat stakes in main substrate for assembling the parts 
• Then assembled all the parts in assembly workbench
