Week 12-Creation of 1D Connectors Challenge

Aim:

The Aim of the challenge is to mesh and give connections as per the given criteria

Procedure:

1. The given component is meshed with the given quality criteria and it is then ready for the connections

2.The first step is that the connection between the right rail 2 and front truss 1 is a seam quad (angled+capped+L)

3.next the connection between left rail 2 and front truss 1 Cquad seam weld

4.next connection between front truss 1,2 and right rail 1 spot weld with a diameter of 5mm

5.next connection between Front truss 2, Front truss 1 & Left Rail 1 with hexa adhesive

6.Next the connection between Rear truss 2 & Right Rail 2 - bolt connection

7.Next the connection between Rear truss 2 & Left Rail 2 - bolt connection

8.Next the connection between Right Rail 1 & Right Rail 2 - Spot-weld with Rigid Elements

9.Next the connection between Left Rail 1 & Left Rail 2 - Spot-weld with Spring Elements

10.after all the connection are given as per the challenge

11. To check if all connections are given properly use the by attached option
