Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

AIM:

The aim of the model is to take midsurface and mesh the model which is of different thickness

PROCEDURE:

1. The measurement of the each surface is calculated

2.Each of the surface is taken different midsurface usding different

3. The different methods used are offset,middle in the cons tab

4. The constocurve, curves middle are also used to take midsurface in the model

5. Then for connecting the midsurface to each other by using extend and intersect option

6. Then the surface is meshed with the average element of 1

7. After the surface is meshed the quality is corrected according to the criteria

8.Then the model is assigned thickness
