Week 11 - Final project

FINAL PROJECT

• Intially all class a surface are given in single product so first created indivisual class A surface
• create tooling axis and checked for drafting if its clear then clear class B and class C surface and make final solid part using thickness feature iin solid part, thickness for evry part refered in the master section, this process is applied for all the parts.
• once all the solid parts are created them create the engineering feature like flage,heat steek, dog house, screwboss.
• for creating flange and heat steek checked for master section as referance.first create plane using 3 point ,on that plane create the sketch which is similar to master section pravided heat steek similar way.
• then create dog house and 4 way locketore where the feature is require for assemble purpose.
• then constrained all the parts using assembly feature.
