• Ribs are provide on flanges for additional support and strength.

Drafting Analysis and Feasibilty Check

• Tooling axis is taken for all element is natural tooling axis.
• 0.5 degree of draft angles are mainly used for the b-side features, so it shows mainly in blue color in drafting analysis.
• Some of the part cannot get molded using one tooling direction, need more than 2 parts of mold to make the parts.
