Week 10 - Challenge 3 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

Create the Door Trim Lower Plastic component through the given Class-A surface.

• I have done a draft analysis for given class - A and created a tooling axis.

• After creating the tooling axis, the class - B surface is created with a thickness of 2.5mm.
• Further, that class - C was created.

• Now Class - A, B & C surfaces were trimmed and made a closed surface, and a solid body was created.

• Also, draft analysis was done for the solid body.

• Finally, the locators & heat stakes were created using point translate.

• The design was created as per the image in the challenge, Sketches were isolated approximately.
