Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Coin Holder Design

Create the Coin Holder Plastic component through the given Class-A surface.

• From the input class - A - surface, I checked the possibilities for the tooling axis.
• And draft analysis was checked and the tooling axis was created normally to the surface.

• Based on this axis, a class - B - surface was created with an offset of 2.5mm.

• Class - C - surface was created normal to tooling axis, because of the core and cavity movements.

• Now class - A & C - surfaces were joined.

• Where to join surfaces with Class - B - surface, surface - B was extrapolated and trimmed with Class - A & C join.

• Now closed surfaces are created.

• With this draft analysis was made, with draft angle 3 deg.

• Finally the closed body was generated.
