Tooling Axis

Tooling axis is chosen by bisection Two Lines from Intersect from XY Plan with Class A.The Maximum Clearance is Obtained in this Tooling Axis.

Feature Draft Analysis on Class A

As per the Below Image reference, All the Sides has 3 deg Draft Which helps us in analysing our Tooling Axis.

CLASS B

For Class B Surface Creation we are using Two Methods multi section surface and Extract and Trim Method.So the Missing Fillet patches are Completed.

CLASS C

Class C is surface is created by sweeping the Boundary with 3 Degree draft for the Clearance.

Closed Surface

By trimming the A+C with B surface we will get the Closed Surface

Solid Body

Post creating a closed surface check go to part design screen, use closed surface option and create a solid body
