Week 10 - Challenge 3 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

TOOLING AXIS

• At the first created a dummy tooling axis 
• After analysing thought it will not be work better for future drafting
• So tooling axis was made by using the bisecting method by taking the two edges as my refernce 

CREATION OF 3D MODEL 

• Created a B class surface using the offset method.while ofseting figured out some errors.Cleared the gaps that formed on the fillets and then extrapolated the edges.
• The class c  surface created with perpendicular to the surface and with 3degree draft direction 
• Finally the  Dog house , locators and heat stakes maded and translated by using point to point transilation.
