Week 10 - Challenge 3 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

REPORT

The tooling axis is created by the simple point direction method.The steps involved in the tooling axis creation are detailed in the tree structure.After that surface b is created by the offseting method.The patches in the offset are cleared by the extrapolate,trim,join commands.After that created the surface C by the sweep command and joined it with the surface A.At final step trimmed out the B surface from joint A&C and closed the final trim output with close surface command
Done the draft analysis of surface A with tooling axis and find out that surface A is clearing.
Also done the draft analysis of final part with tooling axis and find out that final part is clearing.
All the surfaces and tooling axis are published for the future reference.
Everything find OK

Heat stake and locators - First drew the sketches of heat stake in a point that already highlighted in given surface A.Pad those skecth as per the standard measurement and then provided the edge fillets.And then translate that part to 10 other points with the specific distance. Placed 2 locators also in between each heat stakes. Everything Find OK.
