Tooling Axis Creation

Since entire door trim surface was completely visible while viewing it through Y axis so i have created tooling axis parallel to y axis. It is shown in yellow color in below images.

Side Core Axis Creation

Side Core axis is created perpendicular to tooling axis. It is shown in orange color in below images.
