REPORT ON CREATION OF MODELS

MODEL 1: QUICK RETURN MECHANISM AND MODEL 2: CV JOINT

• First we created each part one by one on the part design workbench by the given dimensions of the body in the 2d drawing sheet, also ensuring that each sketch is iso-constrained and acc. to given dimension in the drawing sheet, then using command as such pad, pocket and shell and edge fillet command, ensuring the fillet is acc. to given information
• Then assembled each part together according to the given drawing of the assembly by giving constraints along the axis and surface contacts constraints in this way the whole body got assembled.
• We constraint each body in such a way that if try to manupulate in any direction other than constraint direction it return back to its original position after update.
• After creation of the assembeld body, we perform drafting on the drafting workbench create the isometric view, front view, top view and  bottom view and section view if required on the sheets, first we perform drafting of assembly then perform drafting of each body in the each model give dimension to them and create frame and title box for each sheet so in this way our 2-D drawing for assembled and body parts is created for each model.
