Week 10- Assembly Workbench

AIM: To create two assemblies in the assembly workbench by using the 2D drawing provided of the assembly parts and then use the drafting tools to create a 2D drawing similar to the one given in the assignment folder. The two assemblies are

• QUICK RETURN MECHANISM
• CV JOINT

PROCEDURES OF ASSEMBLY:

In the assembly workbench, assemble each created part in order to constraints such as fix, coincidence, offset and surface contact. First, we have to fix the base part of the product and then constraints with the remaining parts. After that have to check constraints parts are constrained properly by the tool of a move like explode, manipulating all the directions, If assembled parts function in proper link and parts are unlink with assembly.

CONCLUSION: We have created the parts and assembled the given model drawings, and performed drafting of all the parts and assembly product.
