Week 10- Assembly Workbench

REPORT

ABSTRACT: In this assembly challenge we need to use every kind of knowledge and tools that we learnt till now. I used designing features and sketch based features to designed the important component of assembly. I used positioned sketch and try to make every sketch iso-constrained in every possible way to achieve my current objective.

INTRODUCTION: In this assembly design challenge we need to complete multiple assembly and design every important parts to complete fully defined and proper assembly. Both of the assembly designed is based on the simple and complex CV joints. In the CV joints we need multiple pins and nuts to restrain the on going motion partially in some direction.

The objective to designed this assembly is to get along with the one more important workbench of CATIA. In CATIA assembly workbench played a very critical role. In this workbench I am able to join and constrain my models according to various requirements.

After that next assembly is done for the showcase of Quick Return Mechanism. In quick return mechanism there are multiple important components of various sizes and shapes. In this quick return mechanism a proper showcase of combined constraint movements in a particular path. The layout of quick return mechanism is:-

Note: The file I attached with these challenge is contain all the designed parts as well as my complete assembly features. I also completed the drafting of the assembly component and attached in it. I hope the evalutor able to access everything which I attached.
