Under-Body coating

It gives a special layer of coating on the bottom of the chasis frame to prevent it from corrosion and other occuring damages.Most of the car manufacturers are doing it ,consider as the safety aspect.It is also called as anti-rust coating.

Types of Under Body Coating:

• Paint spray/dipping
• Rubber coating

Paint coating- this method of coating is done by spraying/dipping it with the coating material.Its one of the easy method,but it not losts long over.

Rubber coating- this method is done by pasteing rubber coating to the under body of the car.it canoot be done at all regions ,like engine,exhaust connections,the heat produces in that region cause the rubber to melt and its causes safety issues.

PROS- it helps to prevent our car on rusting and damage during raining times

CONS - it also costs some extra amount and weight to the cars.
