1. Model-1

The time taken for geometry cleanup, midsurface extraction and meshing is 5 hrs 30 min. Element Quality could not be improved due to the presence of triple cons. Defeaturing of double and triple cons not done. Midsurface of some of the unsymmetric ribs(features) on the substrate could not be extracted properly.

2. Model-2

The time taken for geometry cleanup, midsurface extraction and meshing is 4 hrs. Curved surfaces in the features had to be recreated using Coons Surface as most of the element was failing quality in these regions.
