Dead load

• Weight of slab =thickness *unit weight of RCC

=0.125*25=3.125kn/m2

• Weight of beam

=0.3*0.45*25*=3.375kn/m.

• Weight of column =.0.3*0.3*9*25=20.25kn/m
• Thikckness of floor =0.05*20=1kn/m2
• Thickness of partian wall = 0.1*3*20=6kn/m
• Thickness of Wall =0.2*3*20=12kn/m2
• Thickness of parapet wall =0.2*1.2*20=4.8kn/m
• There fore the Dead load =3. 125+3.325+1+6+12+4.8=30.25kn/m.

Live loads for general buildings are 2kn/m2

Wind load :-

Wind load is calculated from the formula

Pz=0.6vz2

Where Vz=Vb*k1*k2*k3*k4

Vb=47m/s

K1=1m/m

K2=0.76

K3=1

K4=1

Then Vz =47*1*0.76*1*1

=35.72

Pz=0.6*(35.76)2

=765.55n/m2

Pz =0.765kn/m2.
