Any Vasthu expert can prepare a Floor Plan , perfectly according to Vasthu Sastra . But Vasthu of Land /Plot is important to construct a house as per Vasthu Sastra .
Land /Plot should be modified according to Vastu - Rules .
*** Kindly see the list of mistakes in using the floor plan according to Vasthu and constructing a house of wrong Vasthu .
(1) After observing a house with a better floor plan as per Vasthu ,we will also construct a similar house . The house we observed may be of East—Facing and using same floor plan constructing a West / North /South — Facing house is a big mistake .
(2) An East facing floor plan finalised by a Vasthu expert should not be used for Constructing a house with West Facing . Similarly North facing house plan should not be used for Constructing a West) South facing house . In both these cases correction to be done in floor plan according to the facing of house .
(3) Many of our public in every state knows few Vasthu Rules mentioned here .
(3a) Location of Kitchen in South- East corner of house .
(3b) Pooja room in North- East corner.
(3c) Master Bedroom in South- West corner of house .
(3d) Total number of doors can be 8nos / 12nos / 14nos …..etc and should nit be 6nos/ 7nos / 9nos/ 10nos /11nos . Total number of windows also they will be telling same rule . But really no Vasthu Rules like this regarding Doors & Windows .

(4 ) When considering the Vasthu Rules for Construction of Temple there are few More additional rules , when comparing Other buildings . But few Vasthu Consultants and above mentioned type of public will mix up the Temples Vasthu rules with all other buildings and will confuse others .
Vasthu Rules are more for Temple , Church , Gurudvara, Masjid….etc . All these rules are not applicable for other buildings .
So kindly send the list of facilities you need in your house . Site plan is also required to prepare the best floor plan suitable for your Land / Plot . That may be / may not be suitable for another locatio
