Roof challenge

Roof is An automobile roof or car top is the portion of an automobile that sits above the passenger compartment, protecting the vehicle occupants from sun, wind, rain, and other external elements. Because the earliest automobiles were designed in an era of horse-drawn carriages, early automobile roofs used similar materials and designs.

1. I design Roof front, middle and Rear roof rails and two bow rails.

2. There are several types of car roofs

• Naked

• Fixed Points

• Flush SideRail

• Raised SideRail

• Gutters

• Factory Tracks

• Factory / Optional Crossbars

3. I designed Raised siderail roof.

4. After design i calculate the Heat distortion and Snowed condition

5. Heat distortion is OK, snowed condition i get small values
