ANS(1).defining the parameters of dc motor is the first thing to do.then find jacobian matrices with the state space model and find the gains with that jacobian matrices.

use step block for supply voltage as ste time and initial value as 0(zero) and final value as 230.

using the PID controller in this is simplest way to manage speed of dc motor.use tune part in pid controller block to get a stable dynamic system.
