Circle 'o' - which were not in data set. we determine this values by doing interpolation.

the program is been run on MATLAB ONLINE as my installed matlab was unable to run this program. it is having problem in reading the xlxs file. so i contacted the skill lync team, so they told me to run the program in online MATLAB version.
