Question 1:

A v/f method control method utilised for operation of three phase induction motor

Gate pulses are generated as below SPWM

desired output frequency is generated from speed reference given in the question

A function block is used to create modulation wave and modulation index is base on given speed  and back emf relation

 

these gate signals are fed to 2 level inverter.

motor preset model 5 is selected

desired out results are obtained and same can be observed in scope.

RPM =1000 as desired

stator current

output torque= almost 20nm as desired

for this vector control an existing example model is used and modified as per our requirements

dc voltage and motor parameters are adjusted ed as given question.

initialiation parameters and motor data are also modified

simulation is run with averaged model and results are checked
