                                       Project 2-Meshing of Door Inner Panel Challenge

Objective:- In this Project challenge, we Will extract the mid surface , make the 2-D meshing with maintain given quality criteria and assign the thickness. .

Use of steps:-

Step 1:- Import the geometry

Step 2:- Before extract the mid-Surface fix the geometry

Step 3:-Extract the mid-surface by using mid-surface option

Step 4:-Geometry cleanup after extract the mid-surface 

Step 5:- Set the given quality criteria 

Step 6:- Make the 2D mesh by using automesh option

Step 7:- Check the free edge and preview equivalance and fix the unwanted free edge

Step 8:- Check the quality criteria and fix the quality problems by using quality index option

Step 9:- Final Model

Conclusion:- 

In this project, we extracted the mid-surface with fix the geometry , made the 2D mesh with given quality criteria and Assign the thickness as per part geometry
