logic behind the wire harness

• First the main supply will come from the top by the interconnector.
• That connector will give supply to remaining connector.
• We use two connector for tail light and one connector for number plate light.
• The main branch has two bundle point one for left side connector and one for number plate light.

• Two connector is chossen.
• one is interconnector the main connector and other one is the connector with cavity connection point.
• The p clamp is also for clamping.

• All the parts define electrically.
• for connector bundle conection point and connector conection point is defined.
• For p clamp point and plane is defined.

• Interconnector is placed top of the back door.
• From that main supply is given.

• In red colour indicates the p clamp used.
• And in blue colour the connector is shown.
• 2 and 4 number connector is for the tail lamp.
• 3 number is for the number plate lamp.

Bundle Routing

• The routing starts from the above connector.
• For the number plate lamp by adding branch point the connection is given.

• The 10mm diameter is given to the main routing.
• For the branch 8mm rountin is given .
• As shown in the above fig the rounting is done.
