Electrical definition 

Electrically defined the part to use it as an electrical component to connect with the bundle connection and also with corrogated tube as per the requirement. 

the required connectors are need to be defined by electrically by declaring the point and axis system for the desired conductor to prepare it to work as electricall equipment. declare it to the connector connection point and axis system for connector connection. 

from the point declared assume it to the bunddle entry connection point

Catalogue:

catalogue is the storage area which we can stor the defined component to reuse again same we need. it can store all the type of connectors and even carogated tube we can store and reuse again.

Catalogue creation

to creating the catalogue the part must be saved as a filr and select the catalogue to create the new catalogue file. after creating the catalogue file select the save as catalogue. we can save the many file into the catalogue and reuse again we need the same

 Connectors 

Connectors are used to connecting the Two different wires into the same wire thus it to be fixed according to their recomendation and the amount of voltage we are using

Bundle continuity and annotation craetion

Creation of bundle which is to be routing of the electrical equipment which has to be with proper bent radious

corrogated tube:

it is the external layer to prevent the wiring surface it may produce according to the diameter of the tube.

creation of interconnection

Interconnection between two seperate product into the single component by connect electrically device option.

Connectors 

The connectors are connected in the portion of engine to be placed in routing of wire

Electrical Routing 

preparing the electrical routing in which we provided dimension and recomendation that may not affect any other product present in the component and then the location of fir tree clip to be positioned to be placed in to proper manner and this may not affect the entire routing system and the process

Consideration

there is the closing portion present in the back Door will affect the wiring system , we need to consider those folding area to avoid the damages creating while closing and opening of the back door

Flatenning

exploring the routed prodect in to the detailed study transformation into 2D view which is to make the routing easy for the manufacturing

Conclussion

Thus the gived task of Back Door Routing is done with CATIA V5 and is subbmitted with the required outputs
