Project 1 - English Dictionary App & Library Book Management System

This code uses the json module to store and retrieve the dictionary data from a file called words.txt, using the concept of serialization. The load_dictionary() function tries to load the dictionary from the file, and creates an empty dictionary if the file doesn't exist. The save_dictionary() function saves the dictionary to the file after any modification.

The add_word(),find_meaning(), and update_meaning () functions have been modified to use the dictionary object that was loaded from the file, and to save any modifications back to the file. The file_meaning() function now searches for the word in the dictionary, and returns an appropriate message if the word is not found.
