INTRODUCTION
The residental building to be drawn with plot dimension of 60' x 20'
The plinth dimension are chosen as 30' x 18'
The ground floor is design as duplex house with stairs inside the home
The plot is east facing
In ground floor two bed room with kitchen , living ,Dinning and stairs
Building is designed with main door .
At the north east facing north and main gate at east north position .
The components of the house .
WALL
Thickness of main wall is taken as 9"
Internall wall thickness is taken as 4.5"
COLOUMNS AND BEAMS
All the column size are 9" x 12"
All the Beam size are 9" x 9"
DOOR
Door are three types are used
Main door ( D1 ) size 4" x 7"
D2 3.6" x 7'
D3 3' x 6'
WINDOW
Window are two types are used
W window size is 6' x 5'
W1 size 4' x 5'
VENTILATORS
Ventilators are one type are used
V ventilators size is 2' x 2'
STAIRCASE
Inner staircase consist of 10 step
Thread and raiser are taken as 10" and 6"
Hand rails are 2" in diameter and height of 3'
COMPUND WALL
Height of compound wall is taken as 6'
Thickness of compound wall is similar to wall thickness is 9"

Change units as your required
TYpe un in command box and press
Entre
Change unit type To Decimal and precision to 0.00 and Instrion scale to Inches

Dim command is used to give all the dimension in the drawing
Trim command is used to trim all the unwanted line .
All the blocks are saved by different name by diff block
The text inside the block are edited by ussing attribute
then insert tool and we can insert the created block in the drawing by using insert command.
To set the drawing units of the sheet
To draw the horrizontal and vertical line by using the line command
In order to create outer wall of 250mm THIICK by using offset command
In order to create internal wall of 150mm Thick by using the offset command
In order to remove the extra lines by using the trim command
TYpe hatch command to use hatch
In order to create section line as your required sextion line As your required section A - A
To project the line as per section line by using the command
The preapet wall stairs and the over head tankl are drawn as per the dimension
