Design and Draft a layout of a residential building with the following details:

a. Plot Size: 60’x20’(18.3m x6m)

b. Orientation- Facing East

c. Develop the following: 1. Architectural Drawing (Floor Plan, Elevations, and Sections) 2. Structural Drawing (Column, Bean, Footing Plan)

Aim: To create a residential layout in the provided plot

Procedure:

Step:1) Create an drawing with Units as decimal

Step:2) Create layers, dimension & text style

Step:3) Create plan view

Step:4) Create Foundation layout with footing,column,beam and roof beam plan

Step:5) Create elevation view

Step:6) Create section view

Result: The proposed residential layout was created with plan & structural details
