Project 1 : CFD Meshing for Tesla Cyber Truck
Objective :
- To Identifying & cleanup all the topological errors in the given Tesla Cyber Truck Car model.
- To create a surface mesh.
- To Create a wind tunnel around Tesla Cyber Truck Car .
- To create a volumetric mesh to perform an external flow CFD analysis simulation.
step no-1 :- importing the model to work space

as we can see we have so many singke cons which needs to resloved lets try topo clean up.

after doing the topo clean up so many single cones as been removed. converted to double cons

after resolving all the single cons and triple cons we run the geometry check up and found out to be no error.

PIDS are asigned to the truck body

STEP2 :- MESHING THE GEOMETRY
- back light =1mm
- front light =1mm
- windows =2mm
- rims and tyres =2mm
- truck body=3mm
- transperent roof =3mm
- truck store roof =3mm.
windows is meshed with the target length of 2mm.

front light is meshed with target length 1mm

back light is meshed with 1mm traget length

rims and tyres are meshed with 2mm target length.

truck store roof as meshed with the 3mm mesh target length

transperent roof is meshed with 3mm target length

the truck body as been meshed with the 3mm target length

the truck is meshed with the all tria elements

step 3:- creation of wind tunnel
we need to create a wind tunnel for the the car body the buttom surface is just below the body, the top surface is 3X times the whole length of the car body (5950mm) , the front surface is 4X times the car length, and back surface is of 6X the car length.
- top face 3x5950 = 19350mm from center of the truck body
- front face 4x5950 = 26600 from center of the truck body
- back face 6x5950 = 38600 from center of the truck body
- side surfaces 7050 distance away from the center of the truck body
all the walls are asigned with PIDs .

meshing the tunnel walls
in this step we have asigned a 100mm mesh length for the top face and 20mm for the bottom face,
and we used spacing option to asign garduale increse if the length over the tunnel surface,
the reason for using the spacing mesh option is to distinguish the area of analysis region .like near the truck body

top surface is meshed with the target length of 100mm

bottum surface is meshed with 20mm mesh length

mesh of side surfaces with the mesh lenght of varing length from 20 to 100 mm.

step 4 :- vloumetric meshing to be done for the geometry for future analysis
Conclusion :
- The imported CAD model of Tesla cyber truck is Topologically Cleaned & Corrected all the feasible surface errors to perform external aerodynamic analysis.
- Surface mesh is generated with the required element size
- Created a wind tunnel For external aerodynamic analysis
