                                                               Project 1:- Engine Wiring Harness

Here First of All download the data given in the question and download it and follow the process which shown in tutorial

Downloaded data arrange to in on single assembly and define all necessary parts of electrically and arrange it to which show in tutorial video. 

After Define all parts electrically and arranging them to engine as dummy connectors.

In this project parts are used 

1. Engine (Reference parts)
2. connectors
3. p clamp
4. clips
5. Bottem channel 

All parts is showing in the vidoes will arranged by manually and its take too much time because of complexitiy Engine part

All connectors will atttach catia file in below.

After Doing that all process Completed then start geometrical bundle as product all parts arraged like connectors,clips,p clamps and other electrical parts define as geomterical bundle and multibranchable added in the geometrical bundle assembly all process  follow as shown in video and follow same process.

After doing That start routing of connectors to p clamp and follow same as shown in video and its very long process doing process step by step and dont skip any parts of video because its understand of concept of this is easy so watch carefully all tutorial of wiring harness and doing same as follow.

After doing that all process start menu and creat new procuts and rename as engine harness flattening and make same process which we follow in flattening tutorial give flattening partameters and save file and extract the harness assemblt into it.

For Flattening should have proper connection between connectors and all bundle segments.

After doing all Above process moving forward to give all bundle to proper pvc protection covering and after finilize that process moving to Flattening of given wiring haness assembly by folllowing same rule which is difficult part of engine wiring assembly due to catia softwere intenally issue. here some images will be upload as discuss on above.

After Finalizing that moving forward to flatten of that harness after checking of its continutiy of wiring harness and make drawing file of that engine wiring flatten harness and all files of each components and assembly will be upload to zip file.

Above image represent of drawing file of engine wiring harness and we adjust oreintation of file according to as per convience.

Here All files of componets like channel,connectors,assembly,engine part,p clamp,clips,furrtree clamp and L clamp for support will be uplodaed into one single zip file.
