HARNESS ASSEMBLY
AIM:
- To create points and axis for all connectors
- To create bundle segment between connectors
- To check the continuity of the bundle segment
- To convert the product into catpart file:
Procedure:
- Download all cad datas from the website.
- Define connector connection point and bundle connection point.
- Define connectors terminal points and connector connection point in electrical part workbench.
- Create corrugated tubes with varying diameter and save it in catalog
- Create a new product file and add sub product files
- Add all connectors and create bundle segement for harness
- Add corrugated tubes as protective coverings
- Add a inter connection between connectors as per given question
- Check the bundle warnings and check the connectivity of the bundle segment
- Convert the product file into catpart file
