Question : DOUBLE ACTING ACTUATOR MULTI-BODY OF A CYLINDER OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

MODEL MAKING OF DOUBLE ACTING ACTUATOR MULTI-BODY OF A CYLINDER OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM :-

• Open new simulink model
• Open simulink simscape library to pick required blocks for model generation
• Now, In library for Mechanical system, Cylinder assembly - bottom cap, barrel, head cap,piston assembly - piston, rod, prismatic joint, for hydraulic system, bottom chamber, head chamber, for hydraulic circuit, isothrmal liquid properties, pressure source, reservoir, valve control, valve, Goto block for position, mechanical configuration, world frame, solver configuration, push button and scope blocks have been selected and dragged to the blank model creation.
• All the blocks are connected asper control system model and using double click dialog box has been shown for parameter set.
• Simulation has been done for 10 seconds and output scope plot has been obtained.
• The plot output got from the model has been attached.
• Various values of multi-body system have been tested and output plots are analysed.
