It is implemented in simulink environment as shown below

Input power signal is given as shown below. It tests all the conditions for the given system.

The upper limit of FC is taken as 55 kW and lower limit is taken as 22 kW

Design logic explanation:

We need FC to operate when power is greater than 22000 and less than 55000.

Here, when power demand is less than 22000, only UC is operated.

When power demand lies in between 22000 and 55000, only FC is operated.

When power demand is greater than 55000, power is shared between FC and UC where FC operates at peak value.

The results clearly shows the entire operating area of given system.
