offset one or more sktech entities select model edge or model face by a specified distance for example offset sketch entities such as lines, arcs and splines
Extrude:
Extrude is a type of feature to convert 2D sketch into 3D model
Fillet:
Fillet creat round internal and external face of parts you can fillet number of faces and edges
Procedures followed to create a model of Transmission belt
- Open solidworks software and create new model
- Select front plane and draw a sketch
- The 2D sketch plane is created in front plane and dimensions relations are given to the sketch and sketch the offset command use to duplicate sketch to some distance.
- After the process extrude the sketch from 2D to 3D model.
- Then apply the fillets as per requirements of the transmission belt .
- After that give appearance to transmission belt and save the model.

Loft:
Loft feature allows to generate complex geometry in single feature by interpolating surface between various cross section of a model these cross section can be face or edge.
Dome:
Dome feature gives smooth face on profile you can apply dome to face whose centroid lies outside the face. This allows you to apply dome to irregular contours
Extrude cut:
Extrude cut is used to remove materials from the 3D models. It is just opposite to Extrude Boss feature you can cut it both directions and mainly used for creating holes, slots etc
Split:
Split tool used to project an entity (sketch, solid, surface, face, plane or surface spline) onto other surface or curved face you are able to split faces on multiple bodies by this command
Procedures followed to create a model of kickstand:
- Open solidworks and creat new model
- Select mid plane (Right plane) draw sketch on it
- Then the 2D sketch is created in the front plane and dimensions are given to the sketch to fully define we will use trim and spline commands are used
- Then creat two new planes and the ellipse are drawn on the new planes as per requirements
- Then use loft command to create loft for kickstand
- Then do extrude cut command to remove unwanted parts for the stand

sweep surface
Surface that are generated from a section curve positioned along a path
Filled surface
Filled surface feature constructs surface path with any number of sides within a boundary defined by existing model edge sketches or curves including composite curves
Surface trim
Primarily used to cut away material from a surface and provide two modes standard and mutual
Surface knit
Surface knit is used to knit the two free edge of the surface together.also it reduce the gap between the two edges of the surface

Process to Create a block
- create a sketch
- click make blocks (block toolbar)
- Select sketch to make blocks
- repeat step once again
- with sketch in edit mode add the necessary relations
- save the part

Mates
Mates create geometric relationships between assembly components as we add mates we define the allowable direction of linear or rotational motion of the component we can move a component within degrees of freedom visualizing the assembly behaviour
Rendering:
- Rendering is the process of creating realistic images of the photorealistic model with the environment.
- rendering can be done in two ways in solidworks.
- Photoview 360
- solidworks visualize.
- In photorealistic model some of the mate conditions and positions are changed to render realistic model.

Conclusion:
- The parts of the chopper are modeled.
- The parts are inserted to assembly environment and the chopper is assembled.
- The realistic image was rendered with the use of the photoview 360 and solidworks visualize.
