European Standard :

As per the Standard regulated by the European Country, The minimum clearance should be 10 mm from the forward line (A) at 30 degree angle and backward line (B) at 50 degree angle. This is similar to japan standards with a change of 5 mm clearance distance instead of 10 mm. Moreover, additional constraint is that, the clearance should be minimum 10 mm from the line marked (D) at 150 mm linear distance from the base-line and bisecting point (C) of the backward and marked line as well.

Conclusion:

Upon investigating the given fender wheel arch, clearance distance at any point is more than 10 mm length. Thus, we concluded that the wheel arch of this fender will pass the European standard.
