Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge

European Wheel Arc standards :-

• To ensure the safety of the pedistrians the fenders are designed as per the oem standards
• this can be varied by different countries as per the regulations followed
• considering the wheel as the mid centre draw a cross lines over the wheels
• the line SA be at 30* angle from the top centre line and another one at 50*
• the 3rd line at 150mm above wheel centre and the other lines with 5* angle every instant
• this points should clear a gap of 10mm

• the sketch is draawn on the wheel face objecting SA,SB,SC,SD,SE with respected angles and distances
• the below are the clearence obtained from the lines

1. SA - 9.950<10
2. SB - 10.000<= 10
3. SC - -0.113<10
4. SD - -2.8886<10
5. SE - -5.997<10
