Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge

The front fender is the separate part with the wheel arch. There are some regulations for designing the wheel arch. As per European standards, the wheel arch should have 10mm clearance from the tires to ensure the safety of the pedestrians and the car underbody.

In this case, The given fender is marked with the European standard wheel arch criteria and the provided design does not pass the wheel arch criteria, in this case, it clears with SB and slightly with SA and did not pass at the SC, SD, and SE areas. In those areas, the tire comes out of the wheel arch area and doesn't clear the recommended criteria.
