Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge

ABOUT WHEEL ARC-:

Wheel Arch is an arch shaped cavity in the fender body, which houses a wheel.

The main intention for the calculation of wheel arc radius is to position the wheel inside the fender body , because during motion the car tyres will tend to throw particles present on the road like sand, mudrocks, liquids etc.

By the given part file I prepared the wheel arch calulation according to European rules.

The distance from line SB to wheel arch= 10mm

The distance from line SA to wheel arch= 9.9490mm

The distance from line SC to wheel arch= -0.1139mm

The distance from line SD to wheel arch= -2.8877mm

The distance from line SE to wheel arch= -5.9973mm

CONCLUSION
Acooding to European requirement the wheel arch is not good for manufacturing.
