AIM
Fender is the part of the vechile that covers wheel and its wel sapce where the wheel is housed its primary purpose is to stop dirt water or sludge from being through around by the wheel
INTRODUCTION
Fender is the american term for the part of automobile vechiles body that frame a wheel well its primary purpose is to prevent sand mad rock ect from being through into their air by rotating tire fender are typically rigid and can be demaged by contact with the road surface while smooth move object such as stone ca be temporarily embedded in the ground these materialcan be ejected from the surface of the tire at high velocity as the tire imparts kinetic energy
NEED OF FENDER
its main purpose to design to not demage the vechile an to provide pasanger safety
it ia sheet metal covering a car
fender have a plastic part called baffle fender liner which fits underside the fender to protyect the metal from corrosion by stopping the flow of mud and water

a min 150mm distance is kept
from front side distance 300mm
the drip area should be less than 40mm
SILL MOUNTING AREA
this is placed basically at the bottom of the fender
the mounting part is created such that it

A pillar mounting is a vertical support on a vechile it holds the windshield set up and just downsideto the pillar fender is mounted to hold the position
BUMBER MOUNTING AREA
IT placedat the front side of the fender the bumber mount area of fender
since bumber are mounting over the fender it is called bumber mounting area
LINEAR MOUNTING AREA
usally a baffle is mounted on the fender of the car it mounted on wheel arc area
a place unit is placed which is called baffle splace fender liner mounting is placed
these mounting are created for fixing baffle
