FENDER
The fender is a very important part of any vehicle. It protects the passengers from all the earthly substances the could come into the cabin, due to the wheels moving or even otherwise. Hence, it is made over the top portion of the wheels. It is also a good measure to safegaurd passengers in the time of a side ward collision or accident. These are generally made aerodynamic & streamlined also to reduce the drag coefficient of the entire vehicle.
types :-
Full bumper type : makes up for a large portion of the front bumper also along with covering the side and wheel tops
Half type bumper : This type only makes for a very small or sometimes just a nominal front bumper portion
The fender mountings are also an important feature as without them the fender wil not be able to stay at its desired position. the are namely as : -
