FENDER DESIGN

Design Consideration:

1. Drip Area Mounting and their Dimensions to be followed to avoid spring back effoct and access the tool in out out.

2.Apiler mounting,Sill Area mouting to be considered.

3. wheel Arch to be followed to satify goverment regulation and pedensteain safety.

Read the Given master section understand the requirements from Skin data.

It seems mounting area flanges are need to be trimmed by using offser curve on surface.

Then Cut the Drip Area flanges as per the Dimensions provided as per the MAster Section.

Fender Drip area Mounting Dimensions and sheet angle to be followed as per the dimensions to avoid spring back effect and vibration of the fender.

Drip Area Mounting:

After Creating flanges sheet extension angles a nd legthto be follwed for some engine visibility critiria and tooling acces for assembly and maintance work.

Rib are provided to avoid vibration .

Bumper Mounting:

Pressure Rerelaf corners are provided for proper bending and emboss and holes are provided for fastner moutnigs

Thicken work part by .75mm
