- Worked on downloaded Class A surface to reduce the fillet to R1.0
- created Drip mounting with embossing, blend(stiffner) and holes as per the standards and master section provided as input.
- created A pillar mounting with emboss and holes for mounting.
- Created sill mounting with emboss and holes for mounting.
- Created body mounting with flanges and holes.
- Created Bumper mounting with embossing and holes.
- Thickned the surface by 0.75mm
- Made draft analysis for all mounting with respct to individual tooling axis.
