Outer upper panel
Outer lower panel

2 Inner panel :- Inner panel give strength to back door , install hinges , gas stay at inner panel also reinforcement are attached at mounts of hinges , gas stay , striker & wiper motor .
The design of inner panel in such way that if any rear accident occur then all the force exerted towards outers side and reduce impact so passenger injured less
Important feature of an back door is sealing flange which create an air tight atmosphere under a car so efficiency of and AC will be 100 % . it also protect while raining .
Thickness of outer & inner panel is 0.75 mm
But for any mounts we need more strength so we attached reinforcement so at mounts area . the weight of inner panel is more to reduce thee weight we can cut some inner portion wisely and also use that portion to give space for wiring of car.
While design an back door we need to consider draft angle which could not be negative . because we manufacture back door using punching operation , negative draft is non-considerable on punching.
