Back door challenge
1. Objective: To design Backdoor (Gas Stay type) of hatchback car from the given Outer skin or Style surface of backdoor with necessary reinforcements and inner panel and outer panels.
Back door - A tailgate, or sometimes the hatch, is a hinged board or door at the rear of a vehicle that can be moved up or down during loading and unloading. Also called a tailboard, it is commonly found in pickup trucks or hatchback vehicles.
A Typical Car Tailgate consists of following parts:
- Inner Panel
- Upper Outer Panel
- Lower Outer Panel
- Hinge Reinforcements (LH & RH)
- Gas Stay Reinforcements (LH & RH)
- Latch and Striker Reinforcements
- Wiper Motor Reinforcements
Back door outer panel - Backdoor outer upper and lower class a surface has to be repaired according to the smoothness.
Back door inner panel
Hinge mounting area
Gas stay mounting area
Hemming
Latch mounting area & embosses
Draft analysis
I have facing many problems but all are solve only one error in my part was mirroring whenever i creat a mirror of inner panel or outer panel its not happening but if i copy and paste on new part and then i applying mirror feature thats its perfectly done, i dont know how to solve this problem.Acoording to help video i make the proper part one by one step i followed but when i found the mirror issue then i found the another on was linked face issue there as an question mark in the part navigator section so please dont cut my marks for this.and please tell me why this happend and how to solve.

CONCLUSION
The back door outer and inner panel were designed with the help of the styling surface along the tooling direction.and Draft analysis was performed on the inner panel and All the reinforcements were designed and placed at appropriate positions.
