Design of backdoor

Use the provided styling surface to come up with a back door design, use appropriate design methodologies, and provide the necessary reinforcements and embosses

Make sure that the assembly file and part files ( Outer panel, Inner panel, and Reinforcements) are in the same folder before zipping the folder and submitting it as an attachment. Also, attach the STEP (.stp) file of the assembly

intoduction :-

The back door is a hinged door/tailgate at the rear of the vehicle. It may be used for loading and unloading cargo, or to get passengers in and out, in case there are seats present at the rear. The back door comprises of certain components which form the back door assembly together

2)modification of surface

3) inner panel

1) styling surface:-

  Given part is the styling surface that is taken from the styling desginer with oppripreate dimensins and with sntdard dimensions and with all rquried mesurments

2)Surfce modification

this is modified part of the A-surface filling unwanted gaps, removed unwanted surface part is made smooth with the appropriate fixings and made with out gaps between the surface to surface

3) inner panel:-

inner panel is made by using different commands sketch, offset face, trim extend,trim, law extension, emboos, swept etc are used to make the inner panel below are the sequnce to make the inner panle
