Creating Bar Bending schedule, Different Door types, and Creation of standard drawing templates using AutoCad

Aim :

To draw the given diagram using Autocad command to execute the block diagram with given standards dimensions and proper commads.

Introduction :

• Draw the given diagrams of layout template , door, electrical block , door with different design and reinforcement details with Autocad command like ( line , trim, arc, mtext, block etc).

Procedure :

• Draw the given diagram diagrams and make a block with standard dimension and insert the blocks in the diagrams.

Diagram 1 :

• Draw the given layout template with given dimension in the diagram
• Draw the line and offset it
• Make the Text Mtext command to inset text
• Once creating the diagram Make the Block using BLOCK command and select object and pick the point and give the diagram name
• Name as Custom1_titleblock and Custom2_titleblock.
• Hence drawn.

Diagram 2 :

• Draw the given Door with given dimension in the diagram
• Draw the line and offset it
• Make arc command on the given arc Door.
• Make the Text Mtext command to inset text
• Once creating the diagram Make the Block using BLOCK command and select object and pick the point and give the diagram name
• Name as D1-D2
• Hence drawn.

Diagram 3 :

• Draw the given Electrical layout with given dimension in the diagram
• Draw the line and offset it
• Make the Text Mtext command to inset text
• Once creating the diagram Make the Block using BLOCK command and select object and pick the point and give the diagram name
• For each diagram has to create the block and insert with the given Name for each switchs etc.
• Hence drawn.

Diagram 4 :

• Draw the given Door with given dimension in the diagram
• Draw the line and offset it
• Make arc command on the given arc Door.
• Make the Text Mtext command to inset text
• Once creating the diagram Make the Block using BLOCK command and select object and pick the point and give the diagram name
• Name as D1-D6
• Hence drawn.

Diagram 5 :

• Draw the given Reinforcement details with given dimension in the diagram
• Draw the Table with line or rectangle comman and make it.
• Draw the line and offset it
• Make the Text Mtext command to inset text
• Once creating the diagram Make the Block using BLOCK command and select object and pick the point and give the diagram name
• For each diagram has to create the block and insert with the given Name for each switchs etc.
• Hence drawn.

Result :

• From the above procedure all diagrams are drawn proper dimensions and mensioned line style with proper allignment , All the diagrams are drawn using Xline , Mtext, layer, copy, trim and block insert it this are the some main command used in to draw the above diagrams.hence all diagrams are drawn.
