Creating Architectural and Structural model with 3D rendering using REVIT

AIM

To create a structural plan and architectural plan for a residential building using Revit software.

PROCEDURE

• To create a grid and level for architectural and structural model separately, and specify project base point. After the model is created click collaboration tab and enable using local area network.
• To create column, beam, floor and all structural element in structural model using that grid line. To click synchronise option on collaboration tab and then save it.
• Similarly architecture model place all the element and repeat step follow above.
• To create construction template link the both file and adjust the orientation using project base line.
• To make render view click rr specify the lights and other renderning options.
• To make sheet and attach the created 3d views and elevation view to the sheet and adjust them using view scale options on property browser.
