Benchmarking is nothing but comparing different cars and finalising one with required features and suitable performance and required safety features. All aspects of the car are generally compared and finally one will be shortlisted and that car will have maximum of the required features we need.

Generally 4 or 5 cars will be taken for benchmarking and then one of them will be selected.
