Design of sliders

• There are 2 sliders that needs to be designed in the model for the 2 undercuts present.
• They are deisgned using the slip command and then editing the splited part as per required dimensions.
• The core and cavity blocks are edited as per the sliders.

Insert blocks

• Insert blocks are made when there are deeper cuts above the level of manufacturing.
• insert blocks are generally the blocks that seperate the cut into two parts which are manufactured seperately and then joined as a single part for the requied function.

So the manufacturing process is easuer now to make evn with the deeper cuts.
